As part of the ongoing development of Drighlington cricket club we a seeking sponsorship to help finance the next stages of the club’s future. As part of the next five-year plan, we are looking to considerably redevelop the ground and the club to provide exceptional level facilities to rival our local competition. The club has many projects that we would like to undertake. From replacing the nets surrounding the ground, to purchasing covers, to refurbishing the changing room facilities, to provide showers and disabled toilets in the clubhouse.

A pillar of the local community, Drighlington cricket club has provide a centre for sport in the village for the last 130 years, providing a space for multiple generations to come together to watch high level cricket. The cricket club is home to hundreds of paying members, and many guests frequent the ground on a regular basis, our social media channels, and website, gain 1000’s of hits per week provided a great basis to advertise your business to the wider community.

Scorebox Sponsorship Package – 1 Available

£4000 + V.A.T until December 2025

Originally installed in 2009, The scorebox provided to us by Bespoke Scoreboards, has long since been a focal point of the ground. Since it’s installation the club have completed many upgrades, includes items such as Wi-Fi scoring, enabling scorers to score from within the clubhouse, and more recently a solar panel to power the box. Many people may not be aware that the scorebox was powered by a car battery that required carrying to and from the scorebox before and after each game.

The scorebox and scoreboard have been a fantastic asset to the club, but its now a time that the electronics need replacing and the physical hardware replaced. This has opened an opportunity for us to have a score box sponsorship package available

This Sponsorship package includes:

Board or banner displayed on the scorebox, the focal point of all attention on the matchday.
Your logo on the sleeve of 50 Polo Shirts and the back of 35 Hoodies
Polo shirts will be worn pre- and post-match by players and by all bar staff

In England, everyone knows it can be damp. Investing in covers to protect the wicket will enable to the club to host more games and more high pedigree games, cup finals and help to facilitate the repair of the wicket for junior cricket. Your sponsorship will enable the club to purchase the covers and your logo will be displayed in a prominent location on the roof of the cover

Drighlington cricket club currently run 2 squads of players and are looking to increase this to a third junior outfit in the new future as part of our club expansion. The Clubwear Sponsorship package is your opportunity to be seen as the principal sponsor of the club and have your logo on display front and center of all playing shirts.
